Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your data. If you're having trouble, email us and we'll take care of it within 48 hours.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your conversations, contacts, and notes are private to you and are never shared or sold. We take your privacy seriously — especially given the personal nature of what Linger helps you with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Linger and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

The app isn't working — what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall — your data is synced to your account and won't be lost. Still stuck? Email us at [email protected].

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're unhappy for any reason, email us first — we'd love to make it right.
