Acceptance of terms By downloading or using Linger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Linger is operated by Zentrasync. These terms apply to all users of the app.

Use of the app Linger is a personal communication tool designed to help you reconnect with friends and navigate difficult conversations. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Linger.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited conduct You agree not to use Linger to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the app or its underlying technology
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the app or its servers
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Subscriptions and payments Linger offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Intellectual property All content, design, and technology in Linger is owned by Zentrasync and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Content you create in the app (such as your notes and drafts) remains yours. By using the app, you grant Zentrasync a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer of warranties Linger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated suggestions are for personal use only and should not be relied upon as professional advice — legal, medical, psychological, or otherwise.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentrasync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Linger, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Linger at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to Zentrasync. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
